Sold Out Discounted Copies: Preaching Handbook
Great news and not so great news. Great news first. I sold out every single personal copy of this preaching book. Yes, within less than 3 months, I've already sold out my 200 copies all by myself (with the help of Miranda and Nancy, of course). That's bad news for some. Here's the good news. You can still order the book from Teddy at Tien Dao teddywhc@gmail.com. During my book tour of Vancouver, the book sold out the first night, even with above market asking price. Plenty more were asking and ordering it the second night. Be sure to get your copies before it is truly sold out. Early bird gets the worm!

Colleague Recommendations:
I am delighted to commend most warmly this book by Dr Sam Tsang. I knew him well when he was in England studying for his PhD at Sheffield University. As a regular member of our Church family, he contributed in all sorts of memorable ways - writing for the Church magazine, preaching, contributing as a Home Group member and being a resource person of great wisdom and knowledge.
Dr Tsang has an excellent mind which he uses in a very positive but always extremely stimulating and provocative way. Dr Tsang is a Christian gentleman who brings together his specialist intellectual knowledge and his concern for the living, ongoing Christian Church in a quite outstandingly effective way. I am confident that all who read this book will benefit greatly from the prayerful, scholarly and pastoral insights of Dr Tsang.

I am always awed to the sharpness of exegesis and the artistic presentation of sermons which Dr. Tsang powerfully preached to us every week. I am trly glad that Dr. Tsang has finally produced the book which holds many of the steps he takes in the great messages we enjoyed behind the pulpit. Rest assured that this book is not simply a product of Dr. Tsang’s technical writing abilities. Along with a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Sheffield University, England, Dr. Tsang is also an experienced pastor and a seasoned educator. This book indeed, not only has “luscious” leaves in it, but comes with a sturdy “spine.” The book aims to educate the individual from a "holistic" point of view. By holistic, I mean that Dr. Tsang does not hold back in pointing out, not only the good aspects of composing and the delivery of a sermon, but also the pitfalls many of us (consciously or unconsciously) commit. This book is an encouragement - it helps many of us realize the things we need to change and develop as we try to carefully “divide” and preach the Word of Truth. This book is also relevant - it will help many of us to understand that while we read an ancient text and try to remain faithful to what the biblical writers originally intended to say, we want to be abreast to needs of our people today.
